Rates

Note :

  • All the above rates for 8hrs only.
  • To get the reduced members rate, renter must be continuous member for last 2 calendar years.
  • Rates are for standard set up only. Additional and multiple set-up are extra.
  • $100 for each extra hour of rent in addition to the above rate but must be finished by 12 am. If the rental period continued after 12 am, it will consider a violation of the rental agreement and renters must pay $250 for each additional hour and will lose the whole security deposit as well.
  • Cleaning and other miscellaneous charges will be applicable.

Checkout Sheet

At the end of the Rental there is a check out sheet which the Rental Committee representative and the Renter will together sign out. You can take a look at the list by Clicking Here.
A. No. Any one on can view our website. But certain sections are viewable only by authorized members for administrative purposes.
A. All you need is a web browser. To view certain types of files like PDF, you need a helper software known as 'Adobe Acrobat Reader'. This software is free but you have to download and install on your PC. Click the link 'Downloads' to get more details. You may have to enable 'Javascript' on the browser.
A. Once it is verified that your reservation is not in conflict with any other scheduled event in the auditorium, you will be notified by a representative of the rental committee by email or phone call.
A. Payment is due when the contract is signed. The total payment includes the rental fee and deposit. The deposit is refundable after the event.
A. Yes. Please notify at the time of renting that you will need cleaning services ( cleaning personnel must be arranged ahead of time ).
A. If you need to use any sound system during your event, you have to arrange with an outside vendor.
