This year’s Graduation Ceremony was held on June 9, 2019 with seventeen graduates and their parents participating. It started at the temple with parent coordinators Seema Pai & Ashmita Ghose helping the Durgabari Temple priests, Shri Buddhadev Bhattacharya, Dr Amrit Achari & Dr Jaideva Goswami set the place up for the Sankalpa Puja. Shri Buddhadev babu led the graduates who were present – Rohini Bakshi, Sweta Ghose, Riya Ghosh, Shivani Guha, Debopriyo Halder, Pujarini Maiti, Milan Mitra, Rishiprotim Nag, Neel Krishan Pai – to perform the Puja and offered puja on behalf of the absent graduates – Joyee Chakrabarti, Devangshu Goswami, Shomik Ghose, Siddharth Guha, Raunak Kundagrami, Anirudh Mukhopadhyay, Sounak Mukhopadhyay, Riya Santra The Sankalpa was followed by inspirational words of wisdom by all the priests, and the distribution of plaques and certificates. While the Puja was going on at the Temple, Paromita Nag, Sourin Maiti, Piku Bakshi & Sushovan Guha and few other parent coordinators helped decorate and setup the Sur Auditorium for lunch. The ceremony ended with cake cutting and photo op.
